MEET THE DESIGNER
The inspiration comes from a deco graphic, from a futurist painting, from a 60s table, images that resurface from other times and other places and become signs on paper.
As the first models made of fabric and cardboard took shape, a complete vision of the Brand took shape.
ADONE is elegance, tradition, renewal. From Anna's sketches come the logo and the iconic buckle, the only decorative element of the bag to enhance its shape.
The character that these objects must express through aesthetics and substance is outlined.
ROOTS
Anna Pandolfi, creator of the ADONE brand, graduated in Design at the Faculty of Architecture in Florence in 2017 and turned her passion into a profession.
Today he works in the field of interior design and graphics.
With a passion for fashion and always looking for the perfect bag, she begins to design it. The name ADONE brings Anna back to her origins, to the importance that roots have had in her creative and professional path. The ability to design comes from a natural instinct, from an attitude passed down and is cultivated over time, thanks to study and dedication.
“These shapes come to life from an abstract line that often runs on a scrap of paper.
Once I find the sign, I trace it back on itself, I repeat it several times until I find the line that satisfies a certain sense of balance.
I want to create a dialogue between the soft and instinctive sign and a geometric and rigorous structure.
These objects resemble me, they try to balance between impulse and rule, between dream and feet planted on the ground”.
TIME
ADONE came to life thanks to time.
A time dedicated to the anxious search for new forms for an object so widespread and at the same time unique and symbolic. Time is needed for the sign to become a design, for the design to become an object. Between the paper and the bag there is an incessant and direct dialogue with the artisans who guard the art of Tuscan leather goods, there is the selection of quality leathers, fabrics and metals. To create an ADONE bag you need the slow rhythm of manual skill and the frenzy of a creative mind always in search of new forms of expression.
